garden gazebos
Barbeque all year round - in your gazebo
When the Summer comes it’s fabulous to get out in the garden and barbeque food for friends and relatives, but often the English weather can ruin even the very best plans.
With the addition of a lockable barbeque alcove ™ to your gazebo, you can have your barbeque ready to cook at any time, regardless of the weather.
The Barbeque alcove will accommodate any type of barbeque – charcoal, electric or gas.
It comes complete with a built in canopy. For safety reasons, when using a gas BBQ, the gas bottle remains outside of the alcove.
When you have finished barbequing you can pull down the lockable blinds and leave your barbeque safe and secure and all ready to use again soon.
With the addition of a barbeque alcove to your gazebo, you can enjoy barbequing in any weather!
You can even barbeque at Christmas if you choose…
Hot Tub Retreat
Having a hot tub in your garden provides a beautiful opportunity to relax and escape the stresses of the day, however sometimes your enjoyment can be spoilt by cooler weather or lack of privacy from neighbours.
Why not invest in a Four Seasons Gazebo to cover your hot tub, giving you shelter and privacy so all you have to do is lie back and relax.
With the addition of an AC power supply and remote controlled lighting from our accessories range you will be able to enjoy your hot tub late into the night, with the added convenience of safety power sockets to run your hot tub and other electrical appliances.
Dine Alfresco whenever the mood takes you
Eating out side on a beautiful Summer evening is a fabulous experience, but often it takes a lot of organising and can be spoilt at the last minute by the weather.
With an FourSeasons Gazebo you can create your own exclusive dining room in your garden, ready for impromptu use, day or night. With the addition of remote controlled lighting and a heater you can enjoy dining late into the evening, even when the weather isn’t wholly supportive.
You will be the envy of all your friends when they are entertained alfresco in your garden gazebo and your family will love all the new opportunities to dine together outside.
Will I Need Planning Permission?
Will you need planning permission for your Four Seasons Garden Gazebo?
The requirements for planning permission for general garden Gazebo's suggests that all our gazebos and structures would normally fall within Class E, Part 1, Schedule 2 of the planning regulations. This states that planning permission should not be required.
Generally the Gazebo is classed as a 'Portable Building', however it is your responsibility to check with your local planning office. Notable exceptions to the above are listed buildings and conservation areas. It may be that you need to position the building a certain distance from the house, or boundaries, but each area is different, so we're afraid we cannot offer accurate information.
Other general guidelines are that it must not take up more than ½ your garden, it must be behind the building line, it should be 1 metre away from the boundary (although most buildings tend to be nearer than this), it should be less than 4 metres high (if it is an apex gazebo) and should be 50 ft away from the nearest road.
Contact your local council and ask to speak to a 'planning officer' to get the exact advice if your not sure.
